The Murano was Nissan’s first mid-size Crossover SUV introduced to North America where it quickly garnered a lot of attention. Now onto its second generation of production based on the D Platform, the Murano has earned several safety awards and a best mid-sized SUV award. It comes in both a four door SUV styling as well as a two door convertible option. The Murano is built with a 3.5 liter v6 engine and three different trims. The vehicle comes in either a six speed automatic transmission or Nissan’s Continuously Variable Transmission.
There are three trim levels for the Murano. The first is the S or base model that sports only basic features and aluminum interior trim. The SL also has aluminum interior as well as several additional options. The LE is the top of the line with wood accents, an integrated navigation console, and features such as rain sensing wipers.
