The Mazda Tribute was an essential clone of the Ford Escape that was introduced in 2001 and finally discontinued after the 2011 model year. You’ll find the download link for each Tribute owners manual on this page. The Mazda CX-5 replaced it as the compact SUV beneath the CX-7 in Mazda’s lineup. The Tribute was also dropped for the 2007 model year, but the move was only temporary as Mazda worked with Ford to re-tool the Tribute for 2008.
The Mazda Tribute Car Owners Manual has tips for operating the compact SUV, including instructions for programming the keyless entry, radio and clock.
The Tribute survived two generations. The first generation (2001 to 2007) had more Mazda “Zoom-Zoom” DNA than the second generation, which was a near clone of the Ford Escape with the exception of its Mazda badges.
The Mazda Tribute Car Owners Manual even resembles a Ford manual, which makes sense considering the vehicle shared most of its components with the Escape.
