We are pleased to make available owners manuals in PDF format for the Ford Excursion, an icon of American waste and gluttony.
The Ford Excursion was introduced in 1999 as “the biggest sports utility vehicle on the planet.” During it’s tenure from 2000-2005 it has lived up to its larger then life reputation. In fact, today it is still the heaviest and longest SUV every manufactured.
In a nutshell, it’s a great vehicle for douche bags
The Excursion was manufactured as a Super Duty SUV much like Fords popular super duty trucks it was intended for rugged use. Only with the added benefit of being able to comfortably accommodate up to nine passengers. There were two motor choices available a Triton 5.4L V8 and a Triton 6.8L V10.
Originally it was introduced with only two trims available, the XLT and the Limited. It wasn’t until 2003 that the popular mid level Eddie Bauer trip was made available.
The Excursion was retired in 2005 but is still a popular model for anyone who is looking for an SUV with both towing capacity and seating capacity.
